My mind works like a silent film reel
It can play forward or backward
Without my discretion
And every once and a while you see a clip with words reading:
"Mine" or "I love you"
I never asked for this
But looking back at some events
I can see it as if I wasn't even there
Two bodies together
Looking as though they're having sex
But they're not
They're awfully close
Are you sure?
Cuddling close
Making out
It seems like a distant memory now
"Don't stop" the next clip reads
I don't want to remember!
[So I open my eyes...]
It can play forward or backward

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy writing again? Not that I had stopped or anything, but something I actually like when it's finished. I was on "hiatus" for a while, and by "hiatus" I mean writer's block. Now that I got my inspiration back slightly, I can write again!
Anyways, I wrote this a few days ago, and I like how it sounds even though it seems more along the lines of a remembrance than anything. Ick. (Hence the title.)
Also, as a side note: The [...] part at the end is an "alternate" ending. I couldn't decide if I wanted it or not so you can decide if you like it or not.
